I am currently accepting in-person clients in the Central Ohio area.
TeleHealth sessions are available for clients in California and outside of Central Ohio.
Sliding scale is available on a case by case basis.
Payment is expected at the time of service. Cash, Check and Electronic Payments are accepted.
I am in-network with Medical Mutual and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of Ohio. Please contact your insurance provider to determine benefit eligibility, deductibles, copays and percentage of fee covered prior to session.
Out of Network (CA and OH) insurances are accepted. Payment is due at the time of service. You will be provided with a Super Bill that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, kindly give 24 hours notice. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a cancellation fee.
